Stayed at a hotel with an outdoor pool where the staff was there 24/7 to make my life easier. had breakfast options every morning and a sun terrace to enjoy.
Oh, and how could I forget the joy of the nearest airport being a convenient distance away. So inconvenient!

The staff was helpful, the pool was nice, and I enjoyed the breakfast. Such a shame that everything else was a disaster.
Who needs functioning hot water and well-maintained property when you can have ants in the bathroom and feel like you're in a horror movie after 6 pm due to lack of lights?

the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. the location of the villa is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the crowded areas of Ubud. the wooden house I stayed in was in excellent condition and immaculately clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find Netflix available on the TV, which was a great addition. the villa also has beautiful surroundings, including rice paddies that guests can explore. the infinity pool overlooking the jungle was a highlight, providing a serene and breathtaking view. I had a wonderful stay and I am already planning to come back.

We stayed in a cozy villa with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The location, though a bit far from the city center, provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The pool and surrounding rice fields offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were delicious. The property was well-maintained and had a charming, authentic style.
The cleanliness could have been better, as there was some dust inside the cupboards and mosquito nets.

The room at Hanaya Ubud Villa was amazing! It had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, making us feel right at home. The air conditioning was perfect for our family, and we loved the balcony and terrace for relaxing.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathrobes provided in the room. They didn't really suit my style, but I understand that others might still enjoy them.
